  • Preliminary Design - Sufficient for loan submittals
  • Code and ADA Requirement research
  • Design capable of obtaining accurate and firm construction costs
  • Color renderings
  • Bidding of subcontract services
  • Coordination of plan reproductions, graphics, copies and delivery of same
  • Assistance in meeting all other requirements necessary to complete your project


  Design Services -- AS PART OF DESIGN BUILD CONTRACT

  • Complete final project design using qualified architects engineers and design professionals
  • Preparation of construction specifications
  • Procurement of building permits
  • Soils report--using qualified soils engineers
  • Subcontractor and supplier submittal and shop drawings review
