Once you have picked your space it is time to pick out an architect or space planner to begin your design process, of exactly how you want your office space built out.  Cal Ram can assist in the process of space planning. We can reduce design costs by taking care of all the measurements and space planning, and also transfer to an electronic plan for use by an architect in the design build phase. This is where our expertise really shines through and we can get the job done the right way the first time around. Our years of experience ensure that nothing is overlooked.

Once the design phase is complete and all plans have been completed, Cal Ram handle’s all coordination with the building department to get permits pulled for your project. As soon as these permits are pulled, coordination of construction will begin.  We also can provide interior design services as well.
